The NU2U* bottom attachment is engineered to securely "Turn and Hook"  on to the factory gas oven face door without the need for any tools simply hook and snap into place. Our advanced patent-pending design simply and very securely adds the attachment to the front of the oven then is securely positioned and reinforced with the addition of the gusset strut. The NU2U* incorporation of a gusseted arm that ties directly into the factory front leg provides the attachment extra strength. Incorporation of cast iron skillets, roasting pans, pizza pans and more that require the attachment to  carry additional weight safely and securely are no longer an issue. 

Bottom Mount Attachment Advantage:

The advantage of the bottom mount attachment is that it provides unencumbered access to the oven face chamber opening. When using cooking utensils such as cast iron skillets, pans, and other cooking vessels  the shelf remains incredibly strong with the inverted stainless steel pleats being bent downward and added structural gusset, while the user has a wider range of movement too use with the utensils.  The only disadvantage of the Bottom Attachment  is that additional bolt on upper serving shelfs cannot be attached . Pizza Turning Disc: Optional accessory #1-see selection below

The NU2U* Cooking Attachment System adds a secure and foolproof shelf style extension to your oven and the integrated pizza turning table makes cooking the perfect pizza a breeze. The NU2U* custom perforated disc stays cool and allows for excess flour to fall off the crust onto the shelf below producing a much better tasting crust and keeps excess flour off the floor. The disc measures 11" inches in diameter and freely spins by use with your fingers. The OPTIONAL ( SOLD SEPERATELY) NU2U* free spinning turntable allows for flawless pizza turning accuracy turning even novice pizza chefs into authentic Pizzaiolos, simply slide the pizza out of the hot oven spin the pizza on the disc and slide the pizza back in! The NU2U disc inserts by way of a drop pin and no tools are required. Use of the disc is optional. The NU2U disc also includes a 1/2" extension pin for easy installation. Note- disc remains in position and does not go in the oven.
