- You may only within 30 calendar days of the date of our notification of shipping your item, to return an item purchased.
- To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Nu2U cannot accept returns on Items placed and purchased on sale or sold as discontinued
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be 100% original and unused and in the same condition that you received the item including tags, labels and accessories.
- If you suspect that an item has been damaged during delivery please take sufficient photos of said damage while unpacking your product and submit to NU2U immediately by email.
- Under NO circumstance will partially use, scratched or damaged items be refunded unless caused through shipping and no fault of the purchaser.
- Your item must be in the original packaging without any missing components.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Cost of original product shipping if paid by NU2U (i.e. free shipping) will not be refunded and will be deducted from the purchase amount.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all products returned.
- Once Nu2U receives your item, the item will be inspected and you will be notified by the email provided that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you by email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you through the same selling platform as the order was placed. You will receive an email that the refund has been initiated by Nu2U
- The purchaser will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that the item is appropriately packaged for return shipping and labeled.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues:
- Please fully inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
