The NU2U  Dome baffle door has been created with the intent of allowing the oven to breath while holding back heat at the floor level to increase stone floor temperatures.

Ideal for use with the NU2U Dome Heat Radiating insert, to retain oven heat while gas is off.

Includes commercial quality Silicone grip- heat rated and is constructed of pure #304 stainless steel. Please never exceed 850 degrees while in use.
