The NU2U- Revolutionary Flame Guard and heat diffuser plate . This incredibly ingenious device provides huge amounts of heat given the super thick 1/4" Carbon Steel while holding back the flame allowing the crust to rise perfectly.

The laser cut CNC bent Flame Tamer/ heat diffuser plate is designed to fit perfectly around the flame nozzle and provides support so that the flame guard will never fall over.
