The R-5 shelf attachment  is the newest addition to the NU2U* line up of specialty oven products. The R-5 is constructed of pure 304 Food Grade stainless steel and is 5" deep creating the perfect mini shelf for resting your pizza peels and cast iron skillets. The NU2U Gusseted brace system ensures that this shelf stays in place and can carry a crazy amount of weight.

Other features of the R-5 is the integration of two stainless-steel  S-Hooks (Included) and S hook holes for hanging your oven mitts and other cooking utensils right at the oven door. The R-5 is also so versatile and compact it can be  stored easily inside the oven when not in use or a common kitchen drawer.  

Making the perfect Neapolitan pizza just got easier! The R-5 provides  5" inches of additional relief from the heat and additional turning space while also allowing a perfect rest for the pizza peel.

-Always allow this product to cool fully overnight before attempting to remove it from your gas oven.
-This product should not be used by inexperienced cooks or unsupervised children.
-Parts of this product can become extremely hot and cause severe burns – never touch hot surfaces during operation and always allow an adequate cooling period before touching directly.
-Using protective cooking utensils such as oven mitts, pizza peels, shovels, paddles, tongs, and spatulas together with NU2U* products is always recommended.
-Some edges may be extremely sharp – never touch or handle sharp edges directly – always use protective gloves/tools in handling sharp edges.
-Install only with parts provided herein – substituted or omitted parts automatically voids warranty and liability for product use.
-Test and monitor operating temperature with an approved heat gun or thermometer. Note that any portion of the NU2U* attachment that is in direct contact with the oven will be extremely hot.
-Product is heavy - handle with care.
-Use product only for its intended use.
-Always follow the manufacturer's directions for your pizza gas oven, regardless of brand.
-Never attempt to force ill-fitting parts together on your gas oven – contact your gas oven manufacturer for support.
- Always install NU2U* Attachments to your oven while the oven is turned off and not in use and prior to use, IE-Cold. Ensure and test proper fit of NU2U* Attachment and gusset.
