The worlds only one piece pure stainless steel turning peel. Beautifully hand sharped to an almost razor edge to slip easily under the pizza crust without pushing the pizza further into the oven.

The 7' diameter head is perforated to allow for cooling and to let excess flour and semolina fall off the bottom to the crust.

This peel has no welds or rivets that will scratch and snag your pizza stone or oven face, the V Bend allows the peel handle to slide effortlessly along the pizza oven surface.

The peel is finished in beautiful food grade B2 Finish Stainless steel and the silicone food grade grip will keep your hand firmly on the peel and safe from any heat.

This peel is designed for larger pizza Ovens with stone depth greater than 12".
