Pizza Stone Scraper and cleaner- This is a hand sharped blade that is designed to crape the stone clean of ash and embers before and between launching your pizzas. It is much safer that a wire brush as there is no chance of losing wire hairs on the pizza stone causing injury to any of your guests or consumers of the pizza you are cooking. The stone scraper is also an ideal way to clean up burnt Semolina or flour from the stone and clean up any mess caused by a bad pizza launch ( we have all had those!) The blade is 6.5" wide and the tool is fitted with a 25.5" shaft and tipped with a 1" stainless steel ring. Total overall length is 27.5"
