This beautiful pure 304 Stainless steel baffle door is designed to work in co-operation with the NU2U R-10 Lower mounted and R-5 Shelf. 

Reduce Heat up time!

Created and designed specifically to reduce oven heat up time on startup by approximately 15 minutes to 420 Degrees Celsius in our in house testing consistently.  Also use the door between pizza cooking to help the oven stone heat up faster between pizza's. Also it also acts as a wind guard and helps when burning clean the debris on the pizza cooking stone..

The door is constructed in Canada and includes a commercial restaurant pan handle sleeve ( size #14) rated for use with hot  cooking utensils.

Constructed in two parts, all the necessary hardware is included and is all pure stainless steel.( Carriage bolt, lock washer, spacer washer and finger nut)- No tools are needed to assemble and storage is easy!
