The difference between the regular Baffle door and the Heat Trapper.
The baffle door is spectacular as tested and showcased on YouTube by Some Dads Cook.
The Heat Trapper door is designed for 16" or for large pizzas- it works better at heating up the stone between the Arch way and mantle of the oven - the last 3-4' of the stone.
For regular Wood fired plate size pizza the regular baffle door is perfect.
The Regular baffle door is also much smaller and lighter, so it's a little more practical to us and is available with a door holder as well.
